👋 I'm Megan, a product and research advisor with over a decade of experience helping organizations get better at listening to customers.

I'm a veteran "first researcher," starting and scaling research practices from the ground up. I've written the playbooks, learned the hard way, and made plenty of mistakes so you don't have to.

Yes, I can interview and survey users (ask me how many). But my real specialty is bigger than UXR: I work cross-functionally to embed an experimentation mindset and data-informed decision-making into how a company actually operates, from the executive team on down.
